How ordering works
- 1. Pick your food. Open a restaurant and tap the plus on what you want.
- 2. Add your details. Name, mobile number and address. Your phone remembers them.
- 3. Send it on WhatsApp. One button opens the restaurant's chat with the order typed. Press Send.
- 4. Pay cash. The restaurant delivers and you pay at your door.
Questions people ask
Do I pay anything on this website?+
No. There is no online payment. You pay the restaurant in cash when the food arrives or when you collect it.
Who delivers my food?+
The restaurant, with its own rider. It tells you the delivery charge and the time on WhatsApp.
Why does it open WhatsApp?+
Your order goes straight to the restaurant's own WhatsApp, already typed. You only press Send. The restaurant replies there to confirm.
What does “Ask price” mean?+
The restaurant has not given us that price yet. You can still add the item. The restaurant tells you the price on WhatsApp before it starts cooking.
WhatsApp did not open. What now?+
Go to the Cart tab. Your last order is there with an Open WhatsApp button and the restaurant's phone number.
Can I order from two restaurants at once?+
One order goes to one restaurant. Finish the first order, then start the second.
My food is late, or something is wrong with it. Who do I tell?+
Tell the restaurant in the same WhatsApp chat, or call it. The restaurant cooks and delivers the food. If it is not sorted out, tell us on WhatsApp as well, so we know.
How do I reach Khana Pina?+
Message us on WhatsApp at 0315 0076713. Tell us what went well, what went wrong, or which restaurant you want us to add.
Can I keep Khana Pina on my home screen?+
Yes. On Android, open the Chrome menu (the three dots) and tap Add to Home screen or Install app. On iPhone, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. After that it opens in one tap, like an app.

Khana Pina puts your menu in front of Tando Allahyar and sends every order to your own WhatsApp. You keep your customers, your rider and your cash. We take a small fixed amount per order.

- You pay only when an order comes in. No order, no fee.
- No monthly fee and no percentage of your sales.
- Your own delivery charge is never counted.
- Every order has a number, so you can check each one in your own WhatsApp.
